This policy explains what the HaiLan website (www.hailango.com) collects, how it is used, and your rights. This is a non-commerce information and inquiry site; it does not offer shopping, payment, or ordering.
Via the custom inquiry form we may collect: your name, contact (email), estimated quantity, inquiry details, reference images you upload, and AI-generated sample renders. The site also collects traffic statistics via Google Analytics 4; these are not fully anonymous — see "Cookies & Google Analytics 4" below.
Form information is used only to reply to your custom inquiry, discuss plans and quotes, and for sampling/production discussions. Analytics data is used to understand usage and improve content.
Inquiry records are stored in the site database and emailed to HaiLan@hailango.com for follow-up. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (processor: Google LLC, USA) to measure traffic. By default, storage such as analytics_storage and ad_storage is set to "denied"; until you explicitly consent via the banner at the bottom of the page, GA4 does not write cookies that identify visitors. After consent, GA4 may set cookies such as _ga (default retention about 14 months) and _ga_<container-id> (session-level) for client identification, sessions, and visit-behaviour measurement, so these statistics are not fully anonymous. This site does not serve ads; ad_storage remains denied. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" button on the page, or by clearing your browser cookies; after withdrawal GA4 will no longer write new cookies.
Sample images generated by the form are AI renders for design direction only; they are not final product photos. Actual products are subject to confirmed samples and production approvals.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, and withdraw GA4 consent at any time (see "Cookies & Google Analytics 4" above). To exercise these rights or for privacy questions, email HaiLan@hailango.com.
