Heat Transfer — Prints the design onto transfer film, then applies it to the fabric with high heat and pressure — high color fidelity, rich layers, photo-level and gradient results. Suits complex patterns, full-color illustrations, and small-batch custom.
Metal Badge — Uses zinc-alloy or brass badges, hand-inlaid or riveted to the front panel — heavy, lasting luster, significantly boosting brand presence and premium feel. Common on high-end custom and trendy collab caps.
Ribbon Trim — Sews ribbon or woven labels at the brim and crown seams to add layering and fashion sense. Can do color-blocking, brand woven labels, or decorative piping — suits trendy and street styles, a common way to elevate detail.
